We guarantee live arrival on all shipments unless due to delivery problems on your end. We use insulated boxes with heat or cold packs, dictated by weather. We ship via fed ex, UPS, Delta and USPS. We can’t guarantee live delivery using the mail. There is a $6 box and handling fee for all door to door orders, and a $16 box and handling fee for Delta and other air carriers.
